5 Star Medical is no longer offering medical services including services provided via insurance carriers. Letters have been sent to patients regarding this change. In addition, the Orange office on Chapman Avenue is closed effective April 31, 2011. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Aesthetic and weight management services, however, will remain available at the Long Beach office. Laser parties can also still be scheduled in Long Beach. The Long Beach Office is located 20 miles from the orange office, just off the 405 freeway (see map in Contacts page.)
Our phone numbers remain the same, as well as fax number. Thank you for your understanding in this situation.

In the face of changing health care, lower reimbursements, multiple cancelled and no shows for patient appointments, and economic turmoil, it has become necessary for 5 Star Medical to close its doors for medical services. As a physician in private practice, difficult decisions must be made; although the practice of medicine is a joy and reward in itself, it has become impractical to continue. Please accept my sincere apologies and best wishes on your continued health.
